Helpful and affable staff, and awesome food!!!
Updated, beautiful rooms with the private bath. Location just off Kinugawa/Nikko, the river, and the Kegon restaurant.

Loved our large and updated rooms in this place.
We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was good. The hotel was in an amazing location, in the mountains. It was also very close to a river with the colorful leaves creating a backdrop, center and Kinugawa/Nikko.

That was well-organised hotel set in nice area, close to restaurants, the river side, and a river with the colorful leaves creating a backdrop.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled in a picturesque location along a river. The colorful leaves created a breathtaking backdrop that added to the charm of the hotel. The attention to detail was evident in the spacious rooms, complete with air freshener, and the added bonus of a private bath with a stunning view. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities were provided. The breakfast served was delicious, leaving me satisfied and ready for the day ahead.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The rooms are spacious and come with basic amenities, including air freshener. Additionally, the private bath with a view is a wonderful addition to the experience. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is absolutely delicious.

This hotel has an incredible location on the edge of a deep gorge in the mountains. The view of the river from my room was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and the hotel facilities well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent.
Nothing to mention.

The hotel provided a lovely breakfast and dinner, which we enjoyed. The special touch of complementary slippers and Yukata made us feel like we were having a genuine Japanese experience. Plus, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the location was excellent for exploring the nearby attractions.
The limited options for the onsen bath, though we were grateful for the public onsen that was available. we were surprised that the hotel did not offer complimentary coffee.

During our recent stay at Kinugawa Plaza, we were delighted with the stunning river view from our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel's well-maintained hot spring provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Although the hotel is older, it has a charming atmosphere that adds to its character. The location of the hotel allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings of Nikko. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the area.

We stayed in a quaint town by the river, with golden leaves adding to the beauty of the nature around us. The room was spacious but lacked amenities, forcing us to request products not provided by the hotel staff. The view was breathtaking, but the public onzen was small and crowded. The shabu shabu dish was not particularly tasty despite being a signature dish of the hotel.
The hotel was run down and badly maintained.

The view from our room was breathtaking, and the holiday decorations were beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they provided plenty of information about the surrounding area. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the local attractions, with easy access to public transportation.
The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities, such as enough towels and toiletries for our group. The breakfast was not up to par, with limited options and low quality food.

All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.
